About Us
We don’t know everything or have all the answers. We are not perfect, but a group of people who get together to know God better. The best way to get to know us is to get involved in our worship, educational, missional, and fellowship opportunities. That’s how we all got here.
We are a diverse group who’ve come to share a love for Jesus and each other.
The Lord has done amazing things through us and in us at Edgemont UMC, and that’s why we stayed!
Our Story
Edgemont United Methodist Church has been a vital part of the Edgemont neighborhood since it's charter in 1958! Situated on 11 acres of natural, park-like beauty, Edgemont provides a sanctuary for more than just those who worship here on Sundays.
Edgemont UMC is spiritually alive and future-focused on ways to create community and show the love of Christ to those in the Shoals.
