Values Survey Launch

Edgemont, we are well into four weeks of seeking God during this Lenten season, reflecting on who we are and how we are perceived by others. It is now time for you to lend your voice again! We started with our Vibe Survey (link here if you have not participated in it yet: https://forms.gle/gCzWyeNgeNJ1kfRB9). Up next is our Values Survey. Gaining an understanding of our values, what is important to us, what motivates us, is critical to being able to move forward. Your input is important to ensure that we don’t cast a vision in a direction that most of us are unwilling, unable, or do not feel called to go in. Accurately capturing our values enhances the passions that God has placed within us so we can connect them with needs in our community. So, please, join with us in sharing your personal values, as well as what you see as Edgemont’s Values. Most importantly, pray that the Holy Spirit will continue to move in us, leading our church, our people, our leadership in the direction we are called to go!
